Iron Body Conditioning Bag / Sock Beater

Approx 70cm long by 18cm diameter, made from 2 layers of heavy canvas, Body Conditioning Bags / Sock Beaters are used to help condition the body to withstand blows.  They can be filled with Mung beans, Soya beans or for the more experienced smooth gravel or even steel shot.  Use as a cheaper alternative to the Stainless Steel Iron Body Beater or as a supplementary beater which focuses more on the tissues and muscle.
