Iron Body Beater

Used for striking the body in Sifu Lomas’s Iron Body Method.

These highest quality Iron Body Beaters are made from bundled stainless steel rods and will last a lifetime. Other inferior quality beaters are made with mild steel which is a softer material and particularly prone to rust. The rods are also welded rather than glued which means they will stay in place indefinitely.

These beaters come with a LIFETIME GUARANTEE in the unlikely event of any failure.

1″ diameter beaters are for use by beginner iron body practitioners. 1.5″ diameter beaters are for use by intermediate practitioners, larger males or those who have done a significant amount of physical training. We also offer an upgrade service where we will take your used 1″ beater in return for a discounted 1.5″ beater. Larger sizes also available on request for advanced practitioners.
